Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty on all BabyDulce Store products from the date of delivery.

Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials

  • Malfunctioning parts

Does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or accidental damage

  • Unauthorized repairs

Claim Process:

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video of the defect

  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial/Full refund (case-by-case)
