Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Certain items like hygiene products, baby feeding items, pacifiers, or personalized goods are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Return Process

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged/incorrect)

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to reflect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund you at no extra cost.
